Carlos Roman-Conville
Carlos Roman-Conville spent years managing operations across industries: coordinating logistics across regions at 1-800-GOT-JUNK, building technical systems for live entertainment at Beat the Bomb, and leading teams in the Army Reserve as a combat medic with the 338th Medical Brigade.
At every job, he saw the same thing. The work that fell through the cracks was never anybody's job in the first place. Nobody was assigned to follow up. Nobody owned the phone after hours. Nobody was responsible for the customer after the sale closed. Good businesses stayed stuck because the roles that would have fixed it were never filled.
CRC Solutions exists because small businesses deserve those roles filled without carrying five salaries to do it. Not expensive platforms that force the business to change how it works, and not consultants who hand over a report and leave.
